煙草在線(xiàn)據(jù)《星期日世界報(bào)》報(bào)道編譯　　最新的匯總數(shù)據(jù)顯示，在成為非法煙草貿(mào)易目標(biāo)的歐洲各國(guó)名單中，愛(ài)爾蘭位居前列。

　　對(duì)于2013年未繳稅的煙草，愛(ài)爾蘭在歐盟國(guó)家中排在第三位，僅次于拉脫維亞和立陶宛。不過(guò)，自2012年以來(lái)，拉脫維亞和立陶宛的未繳稅煙草已經(jīng)大幅減少，而愛(ài)爾蘭卻仍然保持不變，為28.3%。

　　對(duì)于每包20支裝的卷煙，愛(ài)爾蘭的平均價(jià)格在歐盟國(guó)家中也排在第二高，為9.4英鎊，而英國(guó)則比它稍貴，為每包9.94英鎊。不過(guò)，英國(guó)也設(shè)法將未納稅煙草的水平從2012年的21.5%降到了2013年的15.6%。

　　高價(jià)格與未納稅煙草比例高之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性很大，愛(ài)爾蘭和法國(guó)的煙草價(jià)格屬于歐盟最高價(jià)格之列，而它們的未納稅煙草的比例也是第三和第四高。

　　愛(ài)爾蘭也是煙草產(chǎn)品稅率最高的國(guó)家之一，每包卷煙的價(jià)格中，大約有78%為政府的消費(fèi)稅和增值稅。挪威是非歐盟成員國(guó)，該國(guó)每包卷煙的價(jià)格為11.84歐元，未納稅煙草的比例在歐盟也是最高的，達(dá)到49.2%。

Ireland's illegal cigarette trade among highest in Europe

　　New figures compiled have shown that Ireland remains high on the list of European countries being targeted by the illegal tobacco trade.

　　Ireland is third highest on the list of EU countries behind Latvia and Lithuania for non duty paid tobacco (NDP) in 2013, however both Baltic states have decreased there NDP significantly since 2012, as Ireland's remains the same at 28.3 per cent.

　　Ireland also has the second highest average price for a pack of 20 cigarettes in the EU at €9.40, with the UK slightly ahead on €9.94, however the UK have also managed to decrease their NDP level from 21.5 per cent in 2012 to just 15.6 per cent in 2013.

　　The correlation between high price and high NDP levels is strong with Ireland and France having some of the highest prices in the EU - but also third and fourth in the highest for levels of NDP.

　　Ireland is also one of the highest taxed for tobacco products with approximately 78 per cent of the price of every packet of cigarettes goes to Government in excise and VAT.　Norway, who are non EU, charge €11.84 per pack and also have the highest level of NDP in Europe of 49.2 per cent.
